Hello @Art4chris, thanks for joining us. It's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Which tracker do you currently have? Is the step tile showing on the app? If the step tile is not showing, please open the app and scroll all the way down, tap on the Edit button and the hidden tiles will show up. If the step tile is hidden tap on the plus sign on the top left corner of the tile.

In case the tile doesn't appear, it's possible you will need to set up your tracker as a new device once again. To set it up:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
