Updated iOS then Fitbit One stopped syncing

Updated iOS on the 27th then Fitbit One stopped syncing. Did all the restarts, reboots, and Bluetooth resets; but nothing works. App is just stucked in "looking".

Hello @Rustlani, welcome aboard to our Community. If your iOS app was recently updated,  I recommend to Log out from the app and restart your phone. Once it has loaded; log back in and try again to see if the issue persists. 

 

If you have tried all the previous steps and the issue persists, I would recommend to set your tracker as a new device on your existing account.

 

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
