I received a message to update my Charge HR and started the update. The update took three hours and stalled halfway through. I cannot get out of the update and can’t now start the app on my Fitbit. The update on my phone can’t find the Fitbit. I have tried from two different locations and routers. No change. HR will not work now. I get a small battery icon with an exclamation mark showing the update halfway done when I try to turn on the Fitbit

The same thing happened to me. On my Fitbit, it looks like it stopped updating halfway through. Really sucks because I use the alarm on it. I sent Fitbit an email. Looks like it’s an issue for a few people. Hope they find a fix ASAP
