I have downloaded the new Fitbit app but did not update to it with the first ask-the previous one worked so well for me! After reading more about it, I would like to update-is this possible? Remove and reinstall? Thanks for the advice

I think you need to make sure your app has the most recent update, that’s what did it for me

I also got the notification about updating the iOS app but didn’t do it right then. Now it is not giving me an option to do so. I did delete and reinstall the iPhone app but to no avail.
