V102?

Hi, I've stop using my fitbit for a while because I was having a reaction iin my wrist, was like a burn. It would heal once taking it off and when I put it back on, would give me the same skin irritation. So I stopped using it and charging it. Last night I charged it and today, I've been trying to sync it to my cell phone and I can't. After trying every time a V102 shows on the screen of my fitbit. What can I do to make it sync?
Thanks

Hi @Anayanci74,

I'd recommend following the tips on our Wear & Care Guide and occasionally giving your wrist a break. If the problem persists, I'd then recommend reaching out to Fitbit Customer Support for additional assistance.

Also, it sounds like you are using a dated firmware version on your Charge HR. Click here for instructions on how to update to firmware version 122.

Lastly, click here for a complete list of what's in the latest firmware update.

Hope this helps!
