Hi I have a brand new versa2 and unable to install spo2 clock face.

Hello @KartikeyaC and welcome to the Help forum. The most common reason for this issue is that your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Users need the current firmware in order to download certain clock faces. You should get an update in 24-48 hours.
