Voice cues in app dont work.

When using the app and specifically during  runs there are now no voice cues. It interrupts music like the cues is gonna go but no sound occurs. It worked normal till about 2-3 wks ago.

Hi @Jay241 since voice Cues are only available through the phones fitbit app, may I ask what phone you have?

I have an Iphone SE second gen, I like the cues while Im running in per km mode. It functioned normally till about a month or so ago. I have tried restarts upto and including  reinstall the the app, resetting  the Sense to factory settings.

Sonce t is is a question a out the fitbit iOS app, I'll move the thread to the iOS support, and out of the Sense hardware support.
