Why is my versa2 not vibrating when I get text messages

Hi @Maize. Welcome on board! It's good to see you here and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for sharing that your Versa 2 isn't vibrating when receiving text notifications. May I know if you feel a vibration for the rest of the notifications (call, calendar or apps), silent alarms or reminders to move? Do you recall when this started to happen?

Since your post didn't mention, please make sure your watch and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Then try restarting your watch to correct any misbehavior and let me know how it goes.
