I am so frustrated. I couldn’t connect to my fitbit, so I forgot it in the app. Then I went to add it again and while my phone can connect to it through Bluetooth, and the fitbit gives me the code to put in, it just gets stuck on the loading screen. Then I get a pop up that says there seems to be a problem.

I have tried everything that the internet says to do. Restart phone, restart fitbit, update phone, forget fitbit on bluetooth, delete fitbit app and then redownload it. NOTHING WORKS. Help please

Also my Fitbit time is way off and it thinks that it is February 25 (it’s march 21). Idk if that changes anything
