Versa 2 won't connect to iPhone 11

Hi:

I have had VERSA 2 for last 4 years and I have used it with Android phones as well as IPhone and had no problems. Most recently I purchased IPhone 11 and I was not able to pair it with the phone. I have deleted the app and reloaded the app. Fitbit does not show up in my Bluetooth. I have turned Bluetooth on and off from but nothing is working. I removed all other pairings in my Bluetooth. Now my Fitbit is giving me an error indicating” www.Fitbit.com/set up.  Please need help.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. If you still have your old phone please delete any connection to the Fitbit device in its Bluetooth settings as this could cause connection issues to your new phone. After that please try the following on your iPhone 11:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
