Hi @PF2021, welcome to the Community Forums.
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.

@PF2021- I checked the apps listed as available for my Fitbit Versa 3 but did not see a Telegram app. If you can provide exactly what you mean by “Telegraph” we may be better able to help.
To search apps, open the Fitbit app on your iPhone, then tap Account - Versa 3 > Apps > All Apps.

@PF2021 Please check that you have allowed Notifications in the Telegram app in the Notifications settings of your iPhone. My only other suggestion is to delete the Telegram app, restart your iPhone, then re-download the Telegram app. Allow Notifications during set up, then see if it shows up on your Fitbit app notifications. It won't show up until someone contacts you using Telegram.

@PF2021 There is one more specific troubleshooting step that hasn't been mentioned.
A while ago, an iOS update cause HUGE notifications for some users. This step was emphasized in the fix.
@Guy_ 's experience suggests that this is a specific iOS issue. I am moving this to the iOS forum. Let's hope another iOS user has an epic suggestion.

Thank you for your reply, @PF2021. It's nice to see you around and thank you for your helpful tips, @SunsetRunner @LZeeW @Guy_.
@PF2021 I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. In order for the Telegram app to appear on the list of apps for notifications, you need to allow Telegram to send notifications to your iPhone: iPhone's settings > Telegram > Allow Notifications. Once you receive a notification from Telegram app on your iPhone, the Telegram app will appear on the list. You can ask your friend to send you a message through Telegram, you should receive a notification of this message on your iPhone's notifications center. Once you see the message, force quit the Fitbit app, re-open it and check if the Telegram app is showing on the list of the apps.
Hope this helps!
