Hi, I have a versa 3. I also have regular issues with Bluetooth connectivity.
The device generally gives me notifications for calls however it does not give me notifications for text messages and other notifications (WhatsApp, Facebook etc) which it is advertised to do. I have tried all of the trouble shooting advice and it still doesn’t work.
Can you help with this?

Hi there @AlyM22, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Please note this issue has been reported to our team and and they are working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused.
However, as a last resource, please try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Now, try setting up your notifications again and see if they come through your watch. Have you already set up the notification for apps, texts etc.?
There is currently a known issue with the notification settings in the iOS app. If you already have chosen the apps for notification a reinstallation of the Fitbit app could solve your issues.
If you haven't set up your notification apps yet you would need to wait for a fix to be applied to the app.
