It was working, but for last 2 weeks my phone will not sync to my versa 2, please help!!
I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled Fitbit app, turned Bluetooth on off
turned phone off/on nothing I’ve done has helped, will not sync!! Thanks

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2? I didn’t see you mention that in your post. Just press and hold in the button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. It should vibrate when it’s finished restarting.
If the issue persists we can try setting your Versa 2 up as a new device to see if that helps. You will not lose any data setting it up as new. All your data is held at the Fitbit Servers. You will however lose any data you have accumulated after you last successful sync.
Here is how you set up your Versa 2 again as a new device. Please follow these instructions carefully and do not skip a step:
- Remove the Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings. (tap the blue information icon then tap forget this device) If your Versa 2 is not showing on your Bluetooth at all proceed to step 2
- Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
- Check if your Fitbit App is updated
- Log out of your Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your Versa 2: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
- Log back into your Fitbit app as you normally would with your email address and password, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
- Select the Versa 2 and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace the Versa 2 say yes.
