It was working, but for last 2 weeks my phone will not sync to my versa 2, please help!!
I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled Fitbit app, turned Bluetooth on off
turned phone off/on nothing I’ve done has helped, will not sync!! Thanks

Have you tried restarting your Versa 2? I didn’t see you mention that in your post. Just press and hold in the button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. It should vibrate when it’s finished restarting.
If the issue persists we can try setting your Versa 2 up as a new device to see if that helps. You will not lose any data setting it up as new. All your data is held at the Fitbit Servers. You will however lose any data you have accumulated after you last successful sync.
