I have An iPhone 7. I realize there seems to be an issue with the text message feed or sync etc between products. I just bought he versa 2 lite but would like to know what the status on a fix is???? This is one of the reasons for owning the Fitbit. I just need to know otherwise I am thinking of returning. Thanks

Congratulations on the Fitbit Versa Lite. I understand you have concerns about the notifications issues currently being experienced by some users. Currently this is a known issue that Fitbit is aware of. I can assure you that the Fitbit Team is working hard to resolve this issue. I can’t offer a timetable on when this fix will be forthcoming but the link I provided you can offer tips, possible workarounds that might help as well as updated information on this issue.

Thank you. I will look I at the links. I have limited time to return the Fitbit that I purchased as an upgrade from my Charge 2.
