My versa lite has not been syncing to the iOS app for the past week. I’ve tried restarting my phone and the watch several times, the issue is still persisting. The time is not right on my watch. I’ve completed all the updates. Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks

I’ve been having the same issues for about a month now. I try all the fixes over and over and it it works for about a day, then back to not working again. The sleep reporting has changed since I updated the newest IOS version to the point that apparently I’m not sleeping at all according to the watch. I’ve stated on this forum before that I’d see how the Google Gods handle their purchase of Fitbit and if they left behind the IOS folks in favour of the Androiders, I’d be throwing the piece of crap away. I am about to do that. Life’s too short to be constantly having to tweek these kind of things. I wish you good luck.

Hi @CantaMia Google has tendered an offer to purchase Fitbit, but it hasn't been completed. There are a lot of legalities in such an acquisition. It wouldn't make sense for any company to leave the iOS users behind. Sorry you're unhappy.

Hey Odyssey13, can I call you Homer? Just kidding. I read them both in high school. Thanks for the info. i didn’t realize that.
I’m still moving on though. At the end of the day, regardless who’s responsible for all the technical issues, Fitbit, Apple, ? I still have a $250 fitness watch that tells me the time and that’s about all I can rely on.
Enjoy you’re journeys!
