I have a brand new Versa Light — one week. I am having a very hard time with it syncing to my iPhone 6s Plus. iOS is 13.something.
sometimes it syncs and sometimes it doesn’t. I have followed many tips on various posts, but it won’t sync. I just charged it but can’t get it to sync.
I have turned both watch and phone off several times. Turned Bluetooth off for 10 seconds. I tried to install a new device, but my iPhone cannot find the watch.
Also, sometimes the watch won’t alert me to texts. Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn’t.
PLEASE HELP!!!! I am so lost and frustrated.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Fitbit Versa Lite! Great Choice! I’m sorry to see your having syncing issues. Hopefully I can help. First let’s make sure your iOS device is indeed compatible with the new Fitbit App. Please look here to see if your iOS device is indeed on the list: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315 If your iOS is indeed on the list let’s try restarting your Fitbit Versa Lite to see if that resolves the problem. Here’s how:
If restarting the does not resolve the issue please try turning your Versa Lite off then on again. Here’s how:
On your watch, open the Settings> Tap About > Tap Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.
To turn your watch back on, press the back button.

Mine behaves the same way. If I sync my Fitbit it syncs but if I try to sync often or rapid it will not sync. But if I wait a few seconds then try again usually it will sync without issue. But, would you say that the issue of not syncing at all (your original issue) has been resolved?

Best Answerthe Fitbit Versa lite does not have a back button. It only has a side button. I cannot get my Fitbit lite to sync with the Bluetooth in my i-phone 6S. Can you help?
Best AnswerWhen I try to turn the Fitbit Versa Lite off by holding down the button on the left side, it shows the instructions in the various languages and then it shows the logo, and then it goes off. When I try to turn it on again, it does the very same thing, over and over and over.

Best AnswerYes it worked !! It had been synching for 8 mos Just fine and then for some reason just stopped.
