My Fitbit versa lite is not getting updated after iOS 13 update ... tried everything nothing is working .... don’t know how this will resolve

I removed Fitbit from my Bluetooth and then went to the fitbit app and re-paired.

I tried all this multiple times, still won't sync and the time is like 12 hours off. My daughters fitbit versa lite had to be replaced after 6 months now my wifes Fitbit Versa is doing the same darn thing. My time is more valuable than sitting around resetting this, deleting that, uninstall this, reinstall that etc....... I will try updating my phone and fitbit one more time before I file claim. I will never buy fitbit again.

I tried updating and rebooting too , finally I called fit bit technical support and they helped fix it and now it’s working and updating like normal

We should not have to do all this stuff to see if this will work. Spending endless hours turn this off, reinstall that, pair this etc...... I have better things to do with my time. If you are getting all these complaints, don't ya think there might be something going on with the Versa Lite? You people keep telling us to do the same darn thing over and over and over and over and over and over again. It just will not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Versa lite is doing the same thing my daughters was doing. Clock is off, steps are off. I have been working on my wifes Versa Lite for about 3 fricking hours and it still will not sync and clock is 20 minutes off. I tried all the stuff you tell us to do and it still will not work. The Versa Lite has issues and the customer is paying for it. Would not buy another fitbit. Very unreliable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking for a refund or replacement. I have better things to do with my time then screw around with this all day!

We have purchased over 300 Fitbit Versa Lite in like new condition from a variety of different large distributors. Not a single blemish. All come in perfect packaging. We test them to make sure they power on, track progress, pair with a phone and update (AND YES SOMETIMES IT TAKES 3 HOURS PER WATCH. OTHER TIMES THEY DO NOT WORK AT ALL AND WE SELL THEM FOR PARTS.) Our customers on Ebay/Amazon who buy the ones that get tested and work..get them and they won't update for them at all. I've called into Fitbit customer support multiple times asking for help. But they read exactly what is written here word for word. I lose money daily over this bull**ahem** of a company that doesn't care about their customers. After 6 months of getting returns I think I going to burn them or give them out for free and leave the stress of this product behind. BEYOND MAD at this companies lack of being helpful. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do other than leave this mad message for them. Best help I've gotten is from a support rep is "Can you fill out this suggestion page and maybe we can implement it?".

Has versa lite for Xmas 2919 screen went funny, called customer service who sent me another in June the screen went black so called again was sent another replacement 2 weeks ago that one wouldn’t sync, called customer service again and they sent another received the 4th Friday this also won’t sync!! I have tried all your suggestions and nothing. I asked about getting a refund, I was told Fitbit gives 45 days! These devices are faulty refunds should be given I have only had the original device 6 months and broke and 3 further devices sent to me in 2 months! Refund should be honoured for fault products. I am so angry 😡

Try removing the app from your phone. Then down load it again back into your phone
also reboot your Versa by holding the left button and the lower right button at the same time until the fitbit icon comes up.
make sure your bluetooth is then synced to the watch.

Fitbit update left my watch losing 40 minutes overnight and not syncing with either Windows 10 or my iPhone (bluetooth was alternately switched off so watch only trying to connect with one at a time). No other pairings were lost on laptop or iPhone so suggest that the problem lay in the Fitbit update. For a few days there has been intermitent pairing, pressing reset on left has been done as well as removing and reinstalling app. What next? I do not want to lose all my data as I use it as a motivational tool.

Still not working. It did sync to iPhone earlier but has stopped doing so and now seems to think I am wanting to record a workout if I press left button (it is a lite so only one). Phone bluetooth is off as I have also tried my Windows 10 but it will not now communicate with that one either! Now running 8 mins late after 5 hours. Reconnected iPhone and pushed button again and for some reason it decided to sync but showed 8 short workouts of less than 1 minute. Time is now correct. This is really annoying.
