I can’t get my Versa Lite to connect to my iPhone anymore. It’s comes up with the 4 digit code then the blue bar only reaches about 30% below the words connecting to Fitbit and the spinning wheel.
Any help would be great. It’s been 3hrs now and I’ve got no where with it

I’m having the same issue. I’m actually on my second versa lite. Do you have iPhone? That’s what I have and my Fitbit will not update. Screen freezes up and becomes unresponsive, so I tried update, nothing is working. Now it seems to be junk like the first one! This exact thing happened with my first versa lite as well. Called and they replaced it, this one has lasted two or three months now it’s junk...... ugh!!

?Afternoon,
I have been on the phone to customer services this morning and they have told me there is a problem with the watch and are sending me a new one out in the post. I've never had a problem up until now with it. hopefully dont get any issues with the new one.
