Versa does not receive text messages from phone

I bought my versa in December 2019 and it has never received text messages from my phone. I have checked all the settings and it is set up to get my texts, but it does not. How can I fix this????

Restart directions - click. I moved your posts to the iOS area since you have an iphone. Be sure you have a compatible device and give the app permission to receive text messages.
