Versa Lite won’t connect with iPhone’s bluetooth

For the past several hours my Versa Lite has been unable to connect to my phone’s (iPhone 6s IOS 13.3) Bluetooth, which it was previously paired with. My phone showed that the device was paired but was “not connected” to the Bluetooth. It would not pair when I tried to re-connect so I “forgot” the device and also removed it from my Fitbit app in an attempt to re-pair it. While using “add a device” set up in the Fitbit app, my phone still could not find the device to pair so I haven’t been able to re-connect my Versa Lite to my Fitbit account or phone Bluetooth. I’ve reset my Fitbit by holding to side button, phone, and Bluetooth several times without any improvements. Any suggestions? TIA!
