Versa can't setup with iPhone 17

The app was tracking fine until about 10/27/25. Now it does not read my Versa. I disconnected the Versa and now the app will not reconnect with my watch. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @JessD24 - this is a known problem with the new iPhone 17, it now has a Bluetooth incompatibility and doesn't appear to support some older devices, it's probably not a watch issue, try contacting Apple they might be able to issue a fix.

@JessD24 Thank you for letting us know that your Versa is not connecting with your app. 

Just to confirm, is the issue still persisting? If so please verify if your phone is up to date and if you can see any error message send a screenshot.
