I can see my all of my stats (steps, miles, calories, floors, sleep, steps per hour, etc.) in my Versa and in the web dashboard, but when I sync with the iOS app on my phone, the exercise (outside of my usual steps) is not recorded. It shows zero minutes and has not added an extra day to my number of days exercised for the week. It does not show that I exercised today even though I exercised for over half an hour and even though I specifically recorded the time I was lifting weights and on the treadmill with my Versa watch. I have the latest version of the app and have already rebooted my phone which is an iPhone XS Max. There is also a delay in steps syncing to MyFitnessPal.

Hi @liltrinity, welcome on board. It's nice to see a new member around! I'm sorry for the delay in my response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've done. Nice job! This sounds strange, and so I can investigate, please provide me with a screenshot of your exercise tile in the Fitbit app. For instructions to attach a picture in your reply, check this post. I'd also recommend the following steps:
About your other inquiry, if your information your doesn't show in MyFitnessPal, even though it's displayed in the Fitbit app, I'd recommend to revoke access by following the steps from the help article: How do I manage Apps connected to my Fitbit account, and then connect MyFitnessPal with the Fitbit app one more time.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
