I’ve bought a new versa and it can’t set it up with my iphone 7. The logo comes up on the screen stays on for 20ish seconds, goes off and repeats the process. Have tried resetting (back button and bottom right) deleting and reinstalling fitbit app. Turning off Bluetooth , very frustrating as have a new toy I want to play with!

Hello  @England21

Here is the PDF manual alone with some helpful links that you can view below in the link.

I know when mine was setting up, I was told in the instructions it would take a 1/2 hour or so to set up. Just let it do its thing.

Hello @England21, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@England21, thanks for letting me know about the difficulties you've come across when trying to set up your Fitbit Versa and for having already tried some troubleshooting steps. If you have already checked the manual that @ACG kindly provided and you're still having difficulties, I would like to ask you to try the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then try to set up again.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Versa one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
