I’ve bought a new versa and it can’t set it up with my iphone 7. The logo comes up on the screen stays on for 20ish seconds, goes off and repeats the process. Have tried resetting (back button and bottom right) deleting and reinstalling fitbit app. Turning off Bluetooth , very frustrating as have a new toy I want to play with!

I know when mine was setting up, I was told in the instructions it would take a 1/2 hour or so to set up. Just let it do its thing.

@England21, thanks for letting me know about the difficulties you've come across when trying to set up your Fitbit Versa and for having already tried some troubleshooting steps.
