Versa not receiving Facebook messenger notifications

I recently updated my iPhone XR to iOS 13. Since then, I have not been receiving Facebook messenger notifications or Snapchat notifications. I still receive all other notifications (Facebook comments, text messages, phone calls, emails, etc.). I have tried all troubleshooting options and I am still not receiving those notifications.

Hi @C_gon , there was a problem with notifications and iOS 13 of which Fitbit was aware and working on a sotution. I would advice you to call Customer Support and ask them whether they have solved the problemand what you can do to recieve the messages again. Regards kuzibri
