I'm not able to get texts to my versa with my iPhone

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa. As you may know, our team is aware about the notifications issues experienced after updating to iOS 13. They're working hard on this matter so all our members can take advantage of this feature. If you've not done so, my best advice is to check this thread and try the tips described there which have worked for others.
