Versa not syncing correctly

My versa won’t sync, I’ve done all the restart, reset, uninstall stuff a million time. It doesn’t log my sleep can’t challenge my family and friends it’s worse than a 15$ smart watch from family dollar. Come on fit bit 🤦🏽‍:female_sign: You charged people hundreds of dollars for faulty equipment that you all don’t even know how to fix🙄 should have gave my 300$ to Apple

Thanks for sharing that your Versa isn't syncing correctly, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. I understand where you're coming from as your watch should be able to update your data without difficulties. Just to double check, do you see an error message when trying to sync? Also, did you make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby? I'm asking this as having multiple Bluetooth connections may cause an interference.

Although you've tried troubleshooting your watch, please give one last try to the following steps in the given order:

  1. Remove your Versa and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your Versa one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your Versa and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. Once the process is completed, tap on Notification and pair it via Bluetooth when prompted.
