My versa will no longer sync with my phone. I am also not able to turn it off, no notifications either.

Hello @AMHook, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, it seems your problems seem to be caused by your Versa not syncing, which is why I would like to suggest you to try the following:

  • Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone.
  • The software on your mobile device is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the syncing process
  • Check that your Fitbit device's battery isn't critically low.

If your device still won't sync, try these steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooone more time.
    • th off and back on.
    • Open the Fitbit app.
    • If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your phone.
    • Open the Fitbit app.
    • If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it.
  3. If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
  4. If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and try to sync.

Once your Versa starts to sync, you should be able to receive Notifications. However in case you are still not receiving them, please let me know.

Finally, if your Versa is unable to shut down, restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, try to shut it down again.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you for your help. It worked for syncing with the app but I’m still not getting texts and calls.

UPDATE:

This helped mine recently!

I was able to go get mine to work by resetting my versa. Hold the left button and bottom button the right until the fit bit logo comes up. Do this three times in a row!
