My Versa is not syncing my sleep to my IPhone 6s Plus as of the updat 4 days ago. I have deleted and reloaded the App on iPhone. Turned iPhone off and back on. shutdown Versa and turned back on. Tried to re-syncing several times. Still not working. Tried to do a chat thru support but chat is down. HELP!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting your device before posting are appreciated. To better assist you with this, could you please let me know if your Versa shows that sleep information was tracked? This way we will be able to confirm if the sleep information is not being transferred to your account or if your device is not tracking sleep. Also, please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then.
I'll be waiting for your reply so we can move forward.
