My versa will no go on. It’s charged and the app says it’s 50% charged. No green lights on the back what do I do?

Let me help you with your Versa not turning on. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

It still does it turn on we have cleaned it and charged it. This fit the is only 8 months old what else can be done
