Versa notifications using an iPhone

I’ve done all the necessary rebooting steps, my versa is up to date.  Has anyone been getting notifications on their Fitbit from phone calls or texts?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about getting call and text notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. It’s important that you carefully review your notifications settings on your iPhone. Please confirm if you've followed all instructions in Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. 

 

It's recommended to have "Show Previews" set to Always or When Unlocked. If it's not working with "When Unlocked" setting please try to change to "Always".
