Please check here to make sure all of your notifications are enabled: Open your Fitbit App and tap your profile picture on the upper left side of your screen then scroll down to the name of your Fitbit (Versa) and tap that. (It’s just just under the Family Account) Then scroll down and tap notifications. Ensure here that “Text Messages” are enabled. When your done simply tap the “Today” at the bottom of your screen to return to the main screen.
