I just received my new Versa and I cannot get it to link to my iPhone Xr. I get to the part of entering the pairing numbers, and I can see it appear on the bluetooth list, and it keeps flipping from My Device to Other device and will stay connected. I have done the following:
Turned off bluetooth and restarted my phone.
Reset my network settings
Reset my privacy settings
Logged out of the fitbit app, turned off bluetooth, shut down phone. Then restarted everything.
I really don't want to send this device back, but I am so frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
