Hi about I noticed that the time on my Versa was wrong. I can’t get it to connect to my phone at all. I’ve tried every single suggestion on the forums multiple times but it doesn’t work. I need someone who can help me.

Hi Tori, sorry not the help you need but just wanted to let you know I have the same problem with my ionic (and very recently with my charge 2). Others have reported the same problem after recent app updates. I have been talking to fitbit support about this for 2-3 weeks now with no resolution yet.
