Versa won't set up with iPhone

My fitbit wont setup with my iphone. And i have done all the normal things all the websites say. Restart, switch off, turn off all apps etc. Can anyone assist?

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? If so, what is the error message displayed on the Fitbit app?

While you've tried some steps, please make sure to exhaust the ones described in this help article in case your Versa is still not setting up correctly.
