For about a while now, maybe beginning of May maybe I’ve noticed that my Versa lite isn’t syncing with my phone automatically like it used to for the last 12mos I’ve had it. Worse is that if it goes about 20min or longer without syncing the time starts to loose minutes on my watch.( For example it will be 8:08am but my watch will day 7:57am instead). Not exactly what I want from a watch at all. I’ve been late for a couple important meetings because my watch is like 15min behind! I’ve tried the troubleshooting tips: my phone is on the newest update, I’ve tried forgetting the device and then force syncing, I’ve tried restarting the devices, turning the Bluetooth off and on, all the things and nothing is a long term solution. Some things helps temporarily but within 10-20min the problem persists. I called yesterday and the lady wanted me to retry all of those things again and update my phone. I was very frustrated and in a hurry and didn’t have time to redo everything I’ve done on my own so I ended up just giving up at that time. I don’t understand the point of a watch if it can’t tell me the right time without my phone. Anyone else have this problem? Were you able to find a fix? Or should I start shopping for a new brand?
