Voice cues not working

Hi suddenly my voice cues while out walking are not working I miss them 

how can I get them back please

That has to do with your Phone not the One so check your setting on the phone

But why has it suddenly stopped working in the last few weeks I have not changed my phone in anyway!

Voice cues still not working have looked at phone but not sure what I’m looking to do to put matters right . Any advice

Your Fitbit One does not give voice cues. 

When using the Fitbit app to record the event, the fitbit app has the option for voice cues. 

Before taping the red arrow, enable voice cues

I have had my Fitbit for five years and have been using the app for the same time . I understand that the voice cues have to be turned on.
