Voice cues set to high but don't announce

I've just switched over to the Charge HR from a Flex, which I used for walks with voice cues set to every km. I'm doing the same route with the same settings in the ios app but with my new Charge HR, and I get no voice cues anymore?

@Leniwhite It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that the voice cues of your Fitbit app are not working after you upgraded your Fitbit tracker to the Charge HR. I recommend turning off your phone, turn it back on. Once this is done, open the app and review the voice cues setting again. If the issue persists, setup your Charge HR as a new device and turn on the voice cues one more time.

As an aside note, make sure that your phone has the most recent app version.
