Walking maps don't sync iOS App

I have problem to get the maps from my walks with the iOS App. my friend has the adroid version and could easy get the google map on display after our walks together. Is there a bug?

@louisearn Thanks for stopping by! I would like to have more information so I can help you. Which option from the app are you using to record your activities? Which tracker do you have (only the Surge has an integrated GPS chip)? Are you using your phone to map your routes? Could you share a screenshot from your iOS app of the activities you have recorded up to this point? Have you asked your friend what does he/she does when mapping the route? Does your friend have the same tracker?
