Warranty for charge HR

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed 😥. I have loved my Fitbit, sung its praises from the roof tops. Until now .......Brought the Fitbit charge HR from an authorised dealer in October 2015, it broke (the clip that allows the watch to be charged broke and fell off), by 12 January 2016. I have tried to chat to find out how to get it looked at under warranty, but "the last representative has just been snapped up" has happened every time I have tried to contact someone. Have emailed with an acknowledged reply, but still no satisfaction as to how to get my Fitbit looked at. There is no phone contact for New Zealand so I have nothing I can do to get my watch looked at. I feel very FRUSTRATED, these watches are not cheap and I would expect a quality product with efficient service - seems Fitbit are neither!
Has anyone else in NZ had the same experience or have any advice on how to contact Fitbit in NZ?

Hi @LeaCNZ

When purchased new from a official dealer, there should be warranty.

Did you contacted them by using the email option from the official contact page?

The same exact thing happened to me.  I didn't even realize I had a warranty until just a few days ago when a complete stranger informed me of such.  I cannot find information on who to contact for a replacement.  Have you had any luck?

Hi there. Yes I have, it was a little frustrating, however we seem to have gotten there eventually 🙂 You need to go to their web page help.fitbit.comand then under their contacts email them with the details of your fault. They should make contact within 2 to 3 days. I hope this helps 🙂

Hi @TXROZ65,

To build off of @LeaCNZ's post above, you can reach out to Fitbit Customer support by visiting contact.fitbit.com.

Also, click here for more details about the Fitbit warranty policy.

Hope this helps! Cat Very Happy
