Water and Activity logs not updating correctly.

I just got my new charge 3 , and been loading my water intake on app, I sync every time I go one,about 3-5 times daily. When I look at my device tho my water is at 0 and my activity’s is at zero.

my water has reached goal and activity is 1 of 5 .anyone have any idea of what to do? It’s like it’s not syncing all the way. Also should add where you can load water on device instead off app.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to check the online Dashboard and check if your activities and water logs are showing up here, if they are that means the app is not updating correctly the information synced with our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app, the open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep us posted in case you need anything else.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve logged out of the app. Restarted my iPhone. Logged back into the app. I’ve checked the online dashboard and it is not updating there either. The entries are being logged and still appear on my versa but nowhere else.
