Water and food logs not working correctly.

Is Food and drink logging working, I've been tracking everything today and now its all deleted. This is only happening after I installed the new update

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the online Dashboard and check if your water and food logs are showing up here. If they are, that means the app is not updating correctly the information in our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

Thanks for the welcome.

Dashboard shows the last month only, never look at this normally so not sure if it ever shows more.

Tried log out of app and restart - did not work.

Data on phone goes back to October 2020.

1 month chart goes back to 20 October.

3 month chart shows 5 weeks only.

1 year char shows November and some of October.

 

Only using the last 5 weeks rather than the year of data for all charts, which was not the case about a week ago. Has there been an "upgrade".

Do not worry about it as it is not all that important, just a mystery.
