Water tile not updating on app Dashboard.

Hello,

I add water consumption using the water tile on my dashboard.  When I leave and come back, the icon shows zero water.  I can drill down and see the actual entries but the dashboard isn't working.  Is this a known issue or is there a fix?

Thanks.

Hello @Khen, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

According to what you're describing, it seems the tiles are not updating correctly with the information stored in our servers, in which case I would like to suggest the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work, please:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Thank you for the response.  Unfortunately, neither force closing nor logging out and restarting my phone solved the problem.

Thanks for your reply @Khen! At the moment this is a known issue by our engineering team and they are working to find a fix for this. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to get you back on track soon.

In the meantime, please log your water intake through your online dashboard. To do so go to Fitbit.com/foods/log.

Catch you later.

I have the same problem and I think it's been like this since I got my Charge 2 seven months ago. Do you need screenshots?

Thanks for offering the screenshots @Patrick_H! I apologize for the inconvenience. As I commented above, at the moment this is a known issue by our engineering team. And they have collected the information they needed. However, I truly appreciate your offering.

Please remember that as an alternative, you can log your water intake at Fitbit.com/foods/log using your computer's browser or in your phone's browser.

Hope to see you around more often! 🙂
