Weather won’t change from Celsius to Fahrenheit

I see users in the UK have the opposite problem that I’m having. I’m in the US and my Fitbit Sense is only displaying the temperature in Celsius. Upon the initial setup (11/7/2021) it has only displayed Celsius temperatures. All my units are set accordingly with US standards, I’ve changed them from US standard, synced the app then changed the back and synced again but weather still shows Celsius temperature. It’s confusing to me, why are Non US users stuck in US settings and me (US user) stuck in UK settings? I researched this product extensively before deciding to purchase and unfortunately things like this can’t be found out until after a commitment has been made. I’m new to Fitbit products and I do have some patience but this minor issue can result in being a deal breaker. I’m well within my return window and I hope to resolve this issue quickly but if I have to, I’ll return it and purchase an Apple Watch by the end of this week.

On your Fitbit phone app, tap your profile picture, then there should be a picture of your Sense and tap that. On this screen you'll see Gallery and tap that. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and tap Weather. Then tap settings And that's where you can change the temperature unit. I hope this helps! I got my Sense a year ago so I don't know if the newest models are any different.

Thanks but watch was taken back to the store for a refund. If it is this
difficult to change the watch is not for me. No further reply wanted!

I have gone into the phone app and changed it from Celsius to Fahrenheit and it will not change on my versa

Same here. There’s no your tracker or gallery of any sort after clicking my profile pic. The instructions don’t work on my sense.

Open Fitbit app

click upper left corner profil pic (you should now be in account)

then go to Sense

then there is the gallery

what annoys me is I already set my Fitbit to Fahrenheit but it changed back to Celsius,  also, no matter what I do, how many times I setup I can’t connect to controls in Bluetooth, and I can’t get calls on my Sense. Very annoyed, very very annoyed.  And notifications also stop coming through.

Mine does not work either.  Farenheit is checked on phone app, but watch still gives celcius.  Nothing fixes it.

Thank you! I returned or exchanged my first since I went through all of the help and talk to customer service but they couldn’t get it to switch either from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I was just about to return the replacement watch since it was on Celsius as well. Thanks again

Understand your frustration, had Farenheit checked on the FITBIT app, but was still getting temps in Celsius.... found you also have to change it in the WEATHER app. Go to your gallery, scroll all the way to the bottom, click on Weather and the weather app opens. Make the change there.

You probably have Farenheit checked on the FITBIT app, but you also have to change it in the WEATHER app. Click your profile pic, then click on your device (Versa or Sense). Ick on the Gallery, which should display your selected watch face... now scroll all the way to the bottom, click on Weather and the separate WEATHER app opens. Make the change there.

Nevermind found it! You have to click on your watch name and then it brings it up
