Weather won’t change from Celsius to Fahrenheit

I see users in the UK have the opposite problem that I’m having. I’m in the US and my Fitbit Sense is only displaying the temperature in Celsius. Upon the initial setup (11/7/2021) it has only displayed Celsius temperatures. All my units are set accordingly with US standards, I’ve changed them from US standard, synced the app then changed the back and synced again but weather still shows Celsius temperature. It’s confusing to me, why are Non US users stuck in US settings and me (US user) stuck in UK settings? I researched this product extensively before deciding to purchase and unfortunately things like this can’t be found out until after a commitment has been made. I’m new to Fitbit products and I do have some patience but this minor issue can result in being a deal breaker. I’m well within my return window and I hope to resolve this issue quickly but if I have to, I’ll return it and purchase an Apple Watch by the end of this week.

Tap your profile picture, then tap Sense, then tap Gallery, Scroll to the bottom tap Weather, tap settings, then change units to Fahrenheit! Sync and your watch updates beautifully!!!!! YAYYYYY

Gallery dont work anymore i dont know why its happening on 2 different fitbit versa2 watches on totally different phones

Ive  been trying since i got my replacement fitbit versa2 

Ive got no apps on either watch & gallery says no internet connection so dont even load

All was working fine till my 2nd fitbit versa2 was replaced 

I even tried it on a totally different versa2 on a different phone and the same thing happens 

Here in uk were stuck with F° but want C° and overseas like USA are stuck with C° & want F° 

Think fitbit must have messed up with updates somewhere leaving us without what we want

I cant understand the F° temp only the C° my phone is set to C° so it should automatically go by our phone settings its so annoying

I totally agree. It’s pointless for me to have Celsius, I don’t understand it! Come on Fitbit fix this.

Mine changed to Celsius, on it’s own, today. I know where to adjust the settings. It was set on Fahrenheit already. Now what do I do?

I knew there was another way! Thank you so much! I’ve had my Sense for over a year and I love it! The degrees changed to Celsius out of nowhere and I already checked my settings under >App settings >Units >Temperature and it showed being displayed as F. When I tried it using your directions, bingo! Thank you!!!

Thank you I was dealing with the same issue with the weather app not showing in F and not C. I followed you instructions and I’m all good now. Thanks again for helping out.

I’m glad everyone else’s fitbits changed when doing the described fixes, however mine will NOT RESET TO Fahrenheit at all tried everything!

I had the same problem getting the Celsius to Fahrenheit.  Here is the solution:

1. On your phone go to your Fitbit app

2. Click on your picture on the upper left hand of the main screen.

3. Tap on your Fitbit device in the list

4. On this page you will see pictures and tap on the one that says Gallery

5. Once you do that scroll down to Weather, choose settings, Units and this is where you change Celsius to Fahrenheit

This really works!  It did for me.  Good Luck!

That didn’t work. There’s not profile in Today on Fitbit it is it in app on phone? Will check next.

Yes it is on your phone app.  Once you open Fitbit app in the upper left hand corner where your picture would be tap that and go through the rest of the instructions that I have given.  Cannot do it on your watch.  My watch also showed that it was on Fahrenheit but it wasn’t.  If your still having problems let me know.
