Website Syncing-ChargeHR

Steps have been registering on my Fitbit Charge HR through Monday, August 21.  Then on August 22 only a portion were recognized by the website even though they were recognized on my IPhone.  The same occurred on August 23, 24, and 25 steps registered on my IPhone but not by the website.  Meanwhile, on August 24, I stopped getting notifications on my IPhone unless I opened the Fitbit App.  Then they registered on the IPhone, but the website still did not acknowledge them.

What is going on???

I am having the same issue:

My last steps recorded on the website were on 23 August (not the full day's worth either).

The app only shows steps from 24 August.

In addition the website says I have "no device paired".

This seems to have occurred when there was an app update.

OK, I remember being logged out of the app around 24 August.

I couldn't remember my password (I used FB on the website and couldn't use that on the app) so had to create a new password.

When I log out on the website and use the new password (not FB) to log back in, the website shows steps from 24 August but not before so it looks like there is some sort of syncing issue there. It's like the website thinks I'm a new user.

I've just confirmed that the website does see me as two separate users depending on how I log in:

with password - user ID 24BL8N (join date 2013)

with FB - user ID 3NT3XG (join date 2015)

Seems I used the wrong email to request the new password!

My usual email linked back to an account I had in 2013.

My other email linked to the one from 2015 (my current one).

Now I'll have to see if I can get the data merged!

Apparently, Fitbit updated their software and unsynced several of us from
Fitbit, all on the 23rd. This is one of the reasons why I wish there was a
good competitor. I looked around, but did not see one that was
comparable. If I find one, I will recommend it to Fitbit users.

Once again, Fitbit Charge HR is failing to automatically sync.  I had to restart my phone last time, but I shouldn't have to keep doing it.  It may be an issue with the latest update of the IPhone, but Fitbit needs to keep up with IPhone updates!
