Weekly report wrong!

Why does my Fitbit Blaze not sync with my iPhone 7, even though I keep my Bluetooth on and my Blaze is set to "All day" sync? Very discouraging when I get my weekly Fitbit report, and it indicates NO activity for several days (so my Fitbit friends easily beat me!). I always download the iOS updates. Help, Fitbit!

I totally understand your frustration to this matter let me help you out. As a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 consecutive times and keep an eye on it. If the issue persists follow the Syncing Troubleshoot for iOS devices and keep an eye on it.
