Hi @kingsleihh. Welcome on board! It's nice to see new faces around. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting me know that you haven't received your weekly reports, as well for the discrepancy with your activities. I'll help you with each of your inquiries. About the weekly reports, have you checked your spam and junk folders? Has this happened in the past? To work on this together, please check if the settings are correct in your online dashboard:

  1. Go to fitbit.com and log in to your Fitbit account.
  2. Tap on the gear icon at the upper right corner > Settings > Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and look for Weekly Summary.
  4. If it's checked, uncheck it and save the changes. Then check it again and save the changes.
  5. Wait for the next week and make sure to sync regularly so your data can be updated. Note that the weekly reports are sent out on Mondays and continue through Tuesday.

About your second question, do you mean that a cycling activity appeared in your exercise data? Some devices have a function called SmartTrack which allows them to automatically detect certain exercises based on your movements and the time spent doing them. While you didn't ride a bike, it might be that you did an activity with similar movements and your Fitbit recognized it by mistake. You can delete this activity with the steps from this link and make sure to turn off SmartTrack for Outdoor Bike as described in this help article. You can always turn it back on if you're going to ride a bike.
