Weight Watchers App

Is there a work around for syncing the weight watchers app to Fitbit?  It says it is one of the compatible apps but when I click on it, it says it is not compatible. When I click on the button that is supposed to tell me why, it shuts down the app completely. Thank you!

Are you trying to link Weight Watchers with Fitbit using the WW app? If so, please try to connect them using the Weight Watchers website instead of the app. Once the process is finished, please go to the Applications's settings on the online Dashboard to check they're both connected, if they are you'll be able to see Weight Watchers listed.
