What are your comments about 3.67 update?

Based on issues with the last Fitbit updates I am looking for feedback as to whether I should install the new update 3.67. Has anyone had any experience with the new update or might I expect the same or new reports of problems with the software.

based on what I have read in the community I need to be reassured before I install the upgrade.

Hi @Podunk  - this is a sensible approach. If everything is working unless there is something in the newer version you need (for a newer phone perhaps) it is probably better to not update.

As my 3.51.1 is working I stuck with it and haven't had any issues.

Ps. Same is true for firmware.

Hello @Podunk

I updated my Fitbit App yesterday to 3.67 and I haven’t noticed any issues. 🤷‍:female_sign:

But as @Guy_ mentioned if your currently not experiencing any big issues then you can certainly wait it out to see if there are any new issues that seem to pop up here on the forums.

😉 But…so far 3.67 seems find to me.

Thank you for your feedback.I have not downloaded the new version of the Fitbit software 3.67. I am interested to hear what you have learned about this update and how the Fitbit software developers have managed further degrade the product.

Of the hardware issues with prior updates been addressed, as the sleep log information been fixed and have the address the issues with the
Dave achieving step goal.

Thank you for your feedback.

@ramonv   Can you please describe, in more detail, the new issues you have with v. 3.67?  I can get information back to Fitbit through internal channels.

Edit:  I saw your other post.  Can you verify that you got the v 3.67 update?

With respect to your elliptical issue, I apologize if I'm misreading your post.  You wrote w/o (without) swinging arms.  All wrist worn trackers need arm swinging to recognize steps.  If your arms don't swing, consider wearing your Fitbit on your ankle.  This is also recommended for treadmill users who must hold the rails.
