WhatsApp notifications aren't going through Versa

Hi. I face 2 problems on my fitbit versa.

 

1. I have activited the whatsapp notification settings to my watch. Previously, my watch will will receive notifications when i have whatsapp messages coming in. But i dont receive any notifications since a few months ago. I tried switching on and off my phone and watch a few times, but still unable to receive notifications.

 

2. The woman's period feature does not work since few months ago too. Each time i tried to click into the icon, the entire fitbit app will close and return to the phone home page. I also switched on and off my phone and watch a few times, the app is also up to date. 

 How can i resolve the above problems. Thanks

Hi @JuLoh, welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. I'm here to help you out. About the notifications not working, does this only happen with WhatsApp messages, or does it happen with calls, email and text message notifications? In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and an other phone nearby.
  3. Go to your phone's settings > notifications > WhatsApp and make sure all the options under "Alerts" are enabled.
  4. On your Versa, hold the left button for a few seconds. Turn off and on the notifications.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  6. Tap on the Account icon > Versa > Notifications and accept the request to pair via Bluetooth.

 

Now, regarding to the female tracking health app, may I know your iPhone's model and the iOS version? Have you made sure that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version? Try force quitting the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone and using this feature in the Fitbit app one more time.
